Thameside Osteopathy offers local community healthcare to promote health and quality of life through effective pain relief, improved mobility and health education.
We work in partnership with individuals to maximise early recovery, support self-management and enable people to stay active and independent.
The clinic is committed to providing safe, effective and professional osteopathic treatment to all our patients.
We diagnose and treat a wide-range of musculoskeletal issues including low back, neck and hip related pain.
At Thameside Osteopathy we also work closely with other healthcare professionals such as Pain Consultants and GP’s. This is crucial in allowing us to improve patient outcomes.
George completed his Masters of Osteopathy (M. Ost) degree at the London School of Osteopathy and is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). George has a wide-ranging and comprehensive knowledge and skill base which enables him to diagnose, treat and manage a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions.
This mastery came from studying and teaching osteopathy at Masters level. This has allowed George to develop a systematic and comprehensive understanding of health care provision and to practise with both common and complex musculoskeletal issues both collaboratively and creatively with his patients. George treats a broad range of patients including young and old, office professionals, manual workers, pregnant & post-natal women and sporting individuals.
The decision to study osteopathy came from the wide-range of successful osteopathic treatments George received for the multiple aches and injuries sustained during his time as an athlete within the sport of whitewater and flat-water canoeing.
George has competed at an international level within canoeing and enjoys regular treatments. George has also worked at the London School of Osteopathy as a University Clinic Tutor and Lecturer, where he brought a wealth of knowledge and experience which benefited both the university's students and patients.
